Thank You for Purchasing Our Family’s Music

You just purchased an mp3 file from us! The next step is getting it off your device and into iTunes so you can listen to it on your phone!

  1. Download the song or album from your email.

    • Open your email using a computer

    • Locate the email we sent. The subject will start with the song title, the order number with an indication that the download is ready. (See picture below.)

    • Click on the song in the email to download it to your computer.

  2. Import the song into iTunes

    • Open the iTunes app

    • In the top left corner click File and then select Import… in the drop down menu

    • Click on your Downloads folder to open it.

    • Click on the song you just purchased in side the Downloads folder.

    • The song is now in your iTunes Library.
